Nike Campus visit up on Honeyee.com

Last months trip to Portland to shoot with HF at the Nike campus is now up on the www.honeyee.com web site as a main feature.

I like what they did with the photos, cool slide show type feature using a lot of photos. You can manually advance at your own pace on this one. The writing is pretty minimal so you should be able to enjoy this one even with no Japanese ability. Check it out let me know what you think. Here is a small sampling of some of the pictures.

The sporting facilities on the Nike campus are insane. Huge gym, climbing wall, pool, soccer field on and on. Here is HF playing his DS on the track! He is not much of a runner….

HF and the CEO having a chat in the late afternoon sunlight. They talked about all kinds of subjects from design to art to economics.

This is a photo you probably will not see very often. From inside the Nike “kitchen” where the top designers work on new products. Normally photographers not allowed inside this area of the campus. As you can see they had to blur out the products on the table. CEO, HF and legendary Nike shoes designer Tinker sit down for a preview of new technologies. HF picked out a few shoes that he liked and took back to Japan. Should see a very cool nike boot coming from HF and Nike within the next year or so.
