Kyoto today!

Actually shot this picture with my phone last night after arriving in Kyoto. Walked down to the famous “Gion” area and then to the Yasaka Jinja. Have been there a few times for festivals and with family, amazing place, thought I would pay my respects. It was Friday night so Gion was going off, lots of people out, but was disappointed not to see any of the Maiko or Geisha girls walking around…. I guess they were all inside.
Today went to the new North Face store at 9 am to shoot photos of the interior before the building opened. The store is inside of Fuji Daimaru building right on Shijodori. Great location and great floor, Addidas, Fred Perry and popular hat store CA4LA are all on the same floor. It’s the 6th floor in case you want to check it out.
I shot a million photos and the pictures of mine that are on the wall look great, nicely framed and good quality printing. Even the shot that is a full wall size came out looking great. Unfortunately I forgot to bring a USB cable to connect my camera to the computer, so can’t show you any photos right now… disappointed to say the least …
