Big Fun, Big mud

Just got back from the annual Garden Party entitled “Big Fun” here in Sapporo, Japan.  This was the third year it was held near my home at Hakkenzan fruit orchard.  Great location, but this year we got blasted by a Typhoon, number 12.  The muddiest dancing I have ever done, but it was still a great party.  Always fun to meet a lot of old friends and make some new ones.  Here are a couple of shots from the end of the party.

Big respect to the Precious Hall crew for pulling off the event in these rough conditions, I am sure they are still cleaning up as I write this post!  Otsukaresamadeshita.

As always the message remains the same, “Music brings us all together!”

Some wore, sandals, some wore boots, some wore nothing at all.

Some just left their shoes behind.

Really bad choice in foot wear for this girl.

This guy was my personal favorite, later seen trying to wash off at the pond.

Have you ever had to clean and pack a super muddy 2 meter dome tent?  Trust me you don’t want to.

See you all next year!
